Nutanix is looking for a Senior Global Integrated Campaigns Manager focused on leading the strategy and execution to find, engage, and nurture prospects and customers across multiple channels. You will work closely with Product Solutions Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, Programs, Theater Marketing, Partner Marketing, Digital, Web, Customer Success, Content Marketing and other key stakeholders and leaders to drive holistic marketing plans that elevate market awareness; support scalable sales influence and enablement programs; and deliver demand gen campaigns that drive impact for our company and for our partners. About the Team
At Nutanix, you would be joining the Campaigns and Programs team, a dynamic group of 8 talented individuals spread across various global locations. You will report to the Head of Campaigns and Programs, who fosters a collaborative and empowering atmosphere. Our work setup follows a hybrid model based in San Jose, where you will be expected to come into the office three days a week to collaborate closely with your peers. This arrangement not only promotes flexibility but also emphasizes the importance of teamwork and face-to-face interaction in driving our initiatives forward.
Your Role
- Targeted Storytelling: Serve as a seasoned leader in planning narratives for different channels that powerfully resonate with target audiences.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Influence other stakeholders such as Technical Marketing Teams and work closely with Product Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, Legal, and other team members to drive alignment and execution.
- Market Analysis: Must demonstrate an understanding of market analysis, trends, themes, and personas to develop campaign activation plans. Campaign components will include understanding the buyer journey and developing and or recommending content assets and digital strategy.
- Campaign Strategy: Build campaign plans for key audiences and direct execution of the competitive takeout campaign.
- Global Alignment: Work with the broader theater marketing teams (AMS, EMEA, and APJ) to ensure alignment and inclusion with the overall campaign strategy.
- Demand Generation: Direct all elements of marketing demand gen, including design, development, resourcing, communication and budgeting.
- Optimization: Consistently iterate and improve on marketing programs through regular measurement and optimization.
- Performance Tracking: Create and own campaign performance for new business lines by measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of campaign activities on pipeline, revenue, and the demand funnel.
- Messaging: Partner with key stakeholders to define campaign messaging and customer journeys for target audiences.
- Creative Asset Development: Develop creative strategies and assets for global demand gen and awareness campaigns.
- Project Management: Establish and maintain the campaign plan and calendar, as well as individual campaign timelines. Coordinate deliverable schedules across marketing and consolidate into a cohesive campaign timeline.
- KPI Management: Create, track, and monitor KPIs to ensure effectiveness and performance of the campaigns.
What You Will Bring
- 7+ years in B2B Global Campaign marketing with field/global marketing teams, alongside 10+ years B2B marketing experience.
- Proven experience planning and executing global plans that drive pipeline and optimize returns.
- Experience in cloud technologies.
- Standout communication skills with extraordinary ability to collaborate constructively and cross-functionally.
- Expert knowledge of the demand gen mix and a strong track record of driving rapid lead and revenue growth through highly creative campaigns and programs.
- Expert organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, monitor, and manage multiple work streams.
- Experience with audience segmentation and list acquisition to build prospect lists for advanced targeting.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to synthesize raw data into actionable campaign optimization strategies for new and existing initiatives.
- Experience with sales and marketing automation, such as Marketo and salesforce.com.
- Bachelor’s degree with a Marketing or Business focus preferred; MBA or advanced business degree a plus.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 147,200 and USD $ 294,000 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
